Chicken parma

 I have noticed that the "upmarket pub" parmas are coming back.

 Just as it was starting to die out some chefs and or owners want this abomination back on the menu.

 Just to clear things up, a parmigiana is:Parmigiana or eggplant parmigiana (Italian  melanzane alla parmigiana or parmigiana di melanzane) is a Southern Italian dish made with shallow fried eggplant (aubergine) slices layered with cheese and napoli, then baked. So when you order a parma there should be no chicken involved in the dish. 

DONT ORDER CHICKEN "PARMA"!!! IF PEOPLE STOP ORDERING THIS CRAP MAYBE PUBS WILL START SELLING BETTER STEAKS AND THEREFORE SUPPORTING LOCAL BEEF FARMERS WHO BUY FROM AUSTRALIAN GRAIN FARMERS! . But Seriously please help support the backbone of Australia (cattle) buy not saying....
"Arr Ill just have the parma".

Best food in the world

Gday everyone, although this is ment to be a bit of fun, we still owe it to future generations of aussies to show good eating habits. Australia is curenty the the 6th fatest country in the world even though we have the best and freshest food in the world!! Please forward this to all your freinds to help stop us becoming the "fat country".

I had this dish on the menu at Athurs Seat Hotel a few years ago, and although very simple it sells like crazy.

Just a good porterhouse with our house grown baked cherry tomato, Portwine Jus and baked chats.

Soyed Beef

Soyed Beef on potato and chive spring rolls.
I start with a 350grm  Grain fed eye fillet rolled in fresh garlic, ginger and coriander. Char grilled to rare - mid rare then serve with smashed  potato and chive spring rolls, finished with a Sweet soy glaze.
